This Weekend's Naish Columbia Gorge Paddle Challenge 2015 Expected To Be Epic

The 5th Annual Naish Columbia Gorge Paddle Challenge scheduled for this weekend August 22-23, 2015 will feature a weekend of exciting Stand Up Paddle Board Racing. This event will draw recreational and professional competitors from around the world including the continental U.S., Hawaii, Canada, and Australia.

São Jorge 2 Pico 2015 Race Sees Difficulties And Camaraderie

For the second consecutive year stand up paddle athletes crossed the channel between the islands of Pico and São Jorge. The SãoJorge2Pico race, an oceanic event between islands that integrates adventure, effort, navigation and concentration, was held this past July 11th, 2015.

Stand Up World Tour And World Series Brazil Event Cancelled For 2015

After the postponement of the Grand Slam event back in March, it was with great disappointment that the Waterman League announced the cancellation of this year’s Stand Up World Series and World Tour stop in Brazil, citing another request for postponement late in the day, leaving them no choice but to cancel for 2015.

Supconnect Editor's Choice Awards Voting Extended!

The 2015 Supconnect Awards in partnership with the AWSI and presented by Turtle Bay is extending the voting period for the 2015 Editor's Choice portion of their awards. The Supconnect Awards started in 2010 as a way of recognizing individuals that made exceptional contributions to the sport. As such, it’s the world’s first and original awards in the stand up paddle industry.

Travis Grant Dominates The Molokai2Oahu Paddleboarding World Championships

In grueling conditions that paired extreme heat, humidity, unfavorable tides and massive surf, the most prestigious event in the sport of paddleboarding, The Molokai2Oahu Paddleboarding World Championships concluded today.  The race was the most extreme in years with a record number of dropouts, high drama towards the finish and conditions that will live on in infamy.

Honscheid and Grant Win 19th Annual Molokai To Oahu In Challenging Conditions

The 19th edition of the Molokai to Oahu Paddle Board World Championships (M2O) once again provided another exciting year of the legendary Ka'iwi Channel crossing on Sunday July 26, 2015. With surprise drop-outs and intense battles throughout the race, it was none other than Sonni Hoenscheid and Travis Grant who claimed the well-deserved victory in the harsh and challenging conditions.
