The 15th Annual Cape Cod Bay Challenge (CCBC), the oldest and most recognized stand-up paddle (SUP) event in the Northeast, returns this year in-person and virtually to benefit Christopher’s Haven, a home for kids when cancer hits home.

At just 10’2”, this small standup paddle board is designed for all-around short-distance paddling and would be a good choice for beginner paddlers with a smaller stature. The Coral in 2 color options (purple or pink) and comes fully loaded with everything needed to get out on the water which includes the board, paddle, leash, fin and pump. So if you’re looking for a one-stop shop when it comes to getting an iSUP, this board does come with it all. Who is this for: If you’re looking for an inflatable paddleboard that is like no other then you’re going to want to take a deeper look at the SIPA Drive Tourer. This board sits in the high-tier price point, but for good reason: it’s an electric paddle board that can take you up to 5 mph without much effort. The shape of the board, as the name suggests, is best suited for touring paddling and because of the included motor it can travel long distances. Also, because of the motor, the board is a bit heavier than standard inflatables weighing over 34lbs so if you’re looking for something more lightweight, you’ll definitely want to consider another option. Keep in mind though, you’re looking at a SUP with an electric motor here so this board is quite unique. Because of the complexity of this board, it’s better suited towards those who are a bit more familiar with paddle boards and being on the water as it does require a good amount of stability and balance when the jetpack is on.

Who is this for: If you’re looking for a durable all-around/touring inflatable stand up paddle board that is fully equipped with everything you need, check out the SIC Maui Tao Air Tour. The Tao Air Tour is great for everyone— from taking the family out on the water to surfing small to mid-sized waves, doing sup yoga, or even just touring the ocean shore. This board is made with SIC’s Drop Stitch Construction (DSC) and Support Stringer Technology (SST) making the board strong and stable. We weighed this board at 25lbs, which is an average weight for a board this size and very manageable when carrying. This board is designed for mid-range paddling of distances in the range of 3 to 5 miles, but not much beyond that. Priced at $769.95 (USD), this board sits at the affordable mid-price point tier.

Who is this for: If you’re looking for a premium-quality, touring-specific inflatable SUP that is under $1,000, the SIC Maui Okeanos might just be the board for you. This board is made for paddlers of all levels who are interested not just in a touring board, but one that can also double and work for racing and even SUP fishing, SUP yoga, SUP fitness, and downwind. This board would be great for someone who is looking for a SUP that works well as a starter board for touring but is also something you can grow into and will suit you as your skills develop and mature since this board can go the distance. The Okeanos Air is made out of SIC Maui’s Fusion Skin Technology (FST), one of the stiffest materials on the market. This makes for a very strong board that can take you and your gear on adventures far and near.
