Cleveland Bigelow was paddle boarding at Marconi Beach on Wednesday when a shark attacked his paddle board in only three feet of water. Thankfully the shark only took an exploratory bite on his board, and knocked the 69-year-old paddle boarder off of his board.

It’s been a month since a diverse group of ocean lovers descended on a beautiful coastal town in Italy for the inaugural Protect Blue event. The Naish Columbia Gorge Paddle Challenge (CGPC) is a Festival celebrating the sport of Stand Up Paddling in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge.
